Etiquette, Rules and Regulations of the house

The detailed instructions – henceforth: REGULATIONS – concerning the operational rules of the Naturist Beach and Campsite of Sziki Naturist Paradise Limited Liability Company and the Sziki Naturist Association (Vereshomok Road 12, Szeged-Kiskundorozsma, 6791).

1. During the bathing season, from May 1 to September 21, the beach and reception are open daily from 08:00 to 19:00, while the campsite is open 24/7 every day of the week.

Campsite guests may check in from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must vacate it by 10:30 on the day of departure. After this, anyone who would like to stay on the beach for the rest of the day will have to pay the fees paid by bathers.

Beach visitors may only enter the campsite upon invitation by a registered campsite guest.

Guests may enter the pay-area (sauna, jacuzzi, restrooms, shower rooms) of the wellness chalet only if they previously registered at the reception desk.

Beach visitors are required to leave the premises by closing time.

2. The beach and the campsite are private areas, only members of the Sziki Naturist Association and their guests are allowed to enter there after having been registered. Only those people are allowed to enter the campsite and the beach area who have a valid admission card, a season ticket or other means of certification or registration.

Persons under 18 years of age may only enter if accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or an authorized adult possessing written consent from the legal guardian.

We do not take responsibility for our guests’ personal belongings left unattended. The belongings left here on trust will be kept without any kind of material or compensation responsibility on our part.

3. This beach-campsite is exclusively for the relaxation of naturists. Nudity is expected and obligatory during favorable weather conditions.

Guests are required to refrain from wearing a swimsuit while being on the beach, bathing or sunbathing. On account of hygiene women are allowed to wear topless swimsuits periodically, but during these periods they are asked not to bathe (on the same account).

New guests are asked to observe the naturist customs of the site during their first visit. They are required to try to adapt to these and fit in.

4. In addition, taking into consideration the individual etiquette rules and habits of the guests of our naturist campsite, sexually provocative behaviour, which can shock others, is expressly and pronouncedly prohibited in the whole area of the campsite and beach!

It is forbidden to take photos of or to film other people without their consent, including photographs and videos taken with mobile phones or car cameras. Online harassment and sending unsolicited messages to other guests are also prohibited.

5. Bathing is allowed in the specially designated places.

Only those who can swim are allowed to bathe in lakes the depth of which is marked with a „Deep water” signboard.

Children who cannot swim and children under 6 years of age may bathe only under parental supervision in a specially designated place, which is a small bay formed along the edge of the water.

Fishing is forbidden in the area of the beach-campsite!

6. For the sake of complying with the sanitation and water regulations, preventing health damage and providing a pleasant and clean environment for the camping and bathing guests, littering is forbidden in the campsite and on the beach (including the relaxation, sporting and other areas as well). It is also forbidden to pollute or damage the water, shores and wildlife of the lakes designated for bathing in any way!

Toilets have to be kept clean!

In the campsite and on the beach (including the relaxation, sporting and other areas) rubbish is collected in the provided plastic and metal containers.

7. Guests can do sports in the specially designated areas (turul court, volleyball court, etc.).

Guests can find the equipment needed for different sports and games at the porter’s lodge. After use these have to be taken back there.

While bathing, doing sports or playing games (including boating and surfing) guests have to be careful not to injure others, they must not endanger other people’s safety or disturb others with their behaviour.

During these activities they also have to avoid doing anything that may damage the landscaped areas in the campsite and on the beach or the grass, trees and bedding plants there.

It is also forbidden to damage the buildings in the beach resort in any way.é

8. It is prohibited to make noise, shout or run around in the campsite after 10 p.m. since this would disturb the guests.

The wellness chalet welcomes guests until 10 p.m. except for the occasions when the operator organises night programmes.

In the campsite and on the beach people are allowed to listen to the radio, tape recorder or other electronic devices only with headphones. In the parking lot it is forbidden to operate the car radio loudly..

9. Cooking and frying are allowed only in the places designated for making a fire, marked with signboards.

Beach guests are not allowed to use the common kitchen reserved for the camping guests.

On account of hygiene the chairs and benches in front of the snack bar, under the barn and in the wellness chalet may be used only with a personal towel.

The provided chairs, tables and other equipment can be taken only when their use is justified.

10. Animals are not allowed on the beach and in the bathing resort!

Camping guests may only keep their dog tied next to their tent or caravan. They can take their pets for a walk only outside the area.

11. Vehicles have to be kept in the parking lot, which is located in the beach area, marked with a signboard. The outer and inner parking lots are unguarded, we do not take responsibility for possible car damages.

12. Exclusion from the camping site and from the beach or refusal to let a person enter these places is possible if:
13. a) the person does not keep to these regulations or did not keep to them before;
14. b) the person suffers from a contagious disease (if there are visible signs of an illness, the person might be required to present a medical certificate which proves that the illness is not contagious);
15. c) the person is drunk or was drunk previously;
16. d) the person commits or committed the act of rowdyism (Criminal Code, 339-341. §.) or indecent exposure (Criminal Code, 205-206. §.) or can be/was a nuisance to others for similar reasons. The aforementioned acts imply police investigation too.

WE KINDLY ASK YOU TO KEEP TO AND HAVE EVERYONE ELSE KEEP TO THESE REGULATIONS SO THAT ALL OUR DEAR NATURIST GUESTS CAN HAVE A GOOD TIME AND ENJOY THEMSELVES HERE.
